Description
Description
Flurine® PTFE 4103 is a fine powder form of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) , appearing as a white powder and free from PFOA.
This material is well-suited for producing large-sized tubes, as it can be transformed into fibers even under low reduction ratios. With the addition of auxiliary agents, it can be processed via paste extrusion molding. Its tendency to fibrillate easily under shear stress further supports this application. As a standard-grade fine powder, it is versatile and appropriate for molding a wide range of products, including sealing tape, short fibers, pipes, tubes and thick wire coatings.
