Description
Flurine® PTFE 4016 is a fluororesin designed for large molded components, delivering high mechanical strength and reliability.
This material is a virgin granular fine-cut polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin. Owing to its high melt viscosity, it is commonly processed by powder compression followed by sintering. With its high bulk density among fine-cut PTFE grades, it is particularly suitable for medium to large-scale compression molding applications.
