Description

 Lithium Battery Binders Grade Description
Zheflon®FL2600 is a polyvinylidene fluoride copolymer with a medium to high viscosity grade. The molecule contains special functional groups, which can reduce the crystallinity of the polymer while giving the material a certain degree of flexibility. It can strengthen the polymer molecules, active materials and metal pole pieces.

It can improve the adhesion performance and is especially suitable for the application of lithium cobalt oxide and lithium iron phosphate systems in the electric vehicle industry. 

Zheflon®FL2600 also can effectively reduce the amount of formula used, reduce the DC internal resistance of the battery, improve the energy density and charge and discharge performance of the battery, and effectively increase the capacity retention rate of the battery during the cycle, thereby meeting the needs of the automotive industry.
